What is more interesting, however, is the overall common message that spam emails send us: We're not good enough! This part of our body isn't big enough, that one is too big, we're not successful enough in business, we don't take enough advantage of ways to make free money on the internet (yah, that's a new one), we certainly don't drink enough berry juice to be ultimately healthy. In fact, we're losers! And we need to purchase their products to be winners!
I think we need to be more aware that we are being bombarded with this message day-in and day-out. This constant negative attitude needs to be countered with a positive one. We need to tell ourselves, just as loudly as the message we've received in our Inbox, that that part of our body is just fine, that other one may need some work but perhaps it's not a priority right now, we're not interested in ways to make easy money because we are committing all our energy to making money through the achievement of our life purpose. And while I'm sure the antioxydants in that berry juice are good for me, I took my vitamins this morning so I'm covered.
Today's message is clear: repeat to yourself everytime a loser email shows up in your Inbox: I'm not a loser and you can't convince me that I am. Leave me alone, I'm doing something important here!
